ok on kingdom of Ehb i am at jeriah's cabin, and i go to a big ice door but it won't open when i walk up to it. is there a lever i have to pull or somthing? (i'm thinking it's crystal cavern, and i'm in multiplayer too, that could be the problem, )

plz someone help me out cuz i can see an ice drake right behimd the door, and if it's there then theres a way to get to it
