No it is not as good as SA but it is still fun. You can have extra Side Missions like firetruck Rampage, Slash TV. Different things that wasn't in SA. But you don't get to customize cars, you, there is no gyms, you can't swim. Well I like it but SA will always be better. Until GTA4 comes out then it will.

GTA:SA was better. but Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories was made to keep gta fans interested as they wait for GTA4
