What trait do I need to give diplomates to always get a successful negotiation no matter what it is?

How do you create a spy without the normal way?

How do you put in the cheat for capture settlement?

How do you put in the cheat for "opponent accepts all proposals?

most of the codes dont work.ive hesrd if you use
one of the patches the coeds that dont work will.
i have never used the patches,so i cant say for sure.
