How do you beat Yami Bakura? i've tried but he keeps beating me by the two ways: He uses destiny Board He defeats me whilst i have no monsters on the field

Just put in cards that destroy your opponents monster and spells. (Raigeki Break, Tribute To The Doomed, Heavy Storm etc.)

Just make him set spells or traps to destroy your monsters. If he activates Call of the Haunted and sacrafices him he cannot use destiny board.
Use high Atk monsters that are hard to destroy.
FFXII, FFTA, Odin Sphere, .hack//G.U. Vol. 1-3, and .hack//Infection-Quarintine...
...They all rock...
even Pokemon and Runescape.com.

get destiny board and chain destruction or use cursede seal of the forbidden spell on one of the spirit messages and you should be alright.
