Gallade: Evolve a male Kirlia with a Dawn Stone at any level.
Blissey: Get a Happiny egg from a man in Hearthome, or catch one in Backlot's Garden. Then give it an Oval Stone and make it happy to evolve into Chansey. Then Chansey evolves into Blissey by happiness as well.
