I was wondering is there any way to move a station after it has been placed? I thought i read somewhere that there was a tractor beam for that purpose if that is the case where can i find it?

There is a tractor beam add-on script. You can visit the forum section of Egosoft and check the "Scripts and Mods" section. You'll find everything you need to move, make, modify and add for your X3 game. GL
