Well, your best bet is to keep traveling to woods or somewhere that travelers walk around and you'll eventually find someone that sells it.(sometimes they don't have the full suit just parts of it)

i have the dark, normal, and bright i bought all of it from some merchant try the 1 at twinblades camp i think he might have some but i think i bought it from a traveling merchant

a wandering Trader will sell you the Chest Peice and Gloves. and you can by the boots and Pants in Knothole Glade
