What i usually do first is build a nursery or 2 of em. I set 20 disciple breeders and then let them do what they do. If your getting attacked by the evil hand, set a shield but doing the "expand and secondary power" for the shield. Usually when you start a level, you get 75 people, set half doing work, 1/4 of that half to breed, and the other 1/4 to be free, cause they breed with the other disciple breeders and also gather things for builders and etc. Usually for me, it takes 5-10 mins to double my population then i usually use those grown to apply the same concept. More workers to provide food and other needed nesccisties. Then instead of having more "free" workers, use them for whatever you want such as sacrificing, worshipping, or throwing around for fun and human cruelity =D. Its just a game! =D

just build alot of buildings if you can house 900 and you have 100 people you get alot of people very fast with male breeders
