If I remember it well, it is not only the plastic you should find on the boot, there is something else... Try to find and examine that, then you should get your warrant for Heather Cole. I don't remember exactly how you can get the warrant for the boat, but I know that you sometimes have to compare your evidence more. If you have three fingerprints and fingerprints1 match fingerprints2, it is not enough if fingerprints3 match fingerprints2, you should also compare them with fingerprints1. how did you get the search warrent to the boat. no one is talking and i cant find any more evidence. What do i do? please help

theres blood on the step that goes into the boat spray the luminol on it then take a sample for the lab
