My Sim is finding it difficult to make more friends. He is four friends away from getting the top of his career and a permanent platinum mood.
I cannot seem to find any cheats about getting more friends.
Please help!

If you hold Ctrl+Shift+C then type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then hold Shift and click on your mailbox it will have tons of options. One will be "make me know everyone" which, obviously, makes you know everyone including townie. And one of the others will be "give me friends" and it will make your friends with everyone, but the townies.
