do veterans or cheatmasters..etc. get certain privlages that normal members do not?

i don't think veterans get any certain privileges, i can't remember seeing anything different, but maybe cheatmaster's do get more...i couldn't tell you though

are you sure? i think that rank was brought up when they held votes on what the ranks should be, but i don't think it actually became one
