Well my OS is in swedish, but ill explain to the best of my abilities -dev is a command line parameter, you enter into the path in a games/programs shortcut. So, if there isnt one, make a shortcut for your games .exe file. Right click on the games shortcut and press Properties. There, or possibly in the tab next to the default one, you see a path. Something like this:
C:/something/something/Warhammer 40k Dawn of war/w40k.exe (ergo, the path to where you installed the game)
Inserting the -dev command line should make the path read like this
C:/something/something/Warhammer 40k Dawn of war/w40k.exe -dev (there is a space between the path and -dev. be sure to use it, or it wont work)
Hope this helps those who dont know how to use command line parameters

Verison 1.10 or better. Skirmish mode only. Must have the "allow cheats" box checked (options for each map).
Hold ctrl & shift then ~
cheat_revealall removes FoW cheat_killself kill yourself cheat_power type a number of power you want cheat_requisition type a number of req you want
Cheats do work online, only if the creator of the room allows it.
Hope this helps.

If neither helps, go to a corner and poke your nose... Not that it would help, but at least you have something to do ^^

I have discovered that the key combination ctrl-shift-~ on swedish keyboard is acctually ctrl-shift-Ö. Works for me in vers. 1.0.
