Read all four books. Did you notise the big letters. write them down and you'll get a message

Simple. just take the first book from the assasin that tried to kill bauris in that tavern. bauris will tell you to take it to Tar-Meena (an argonian researcher) in the Arcane Univercity. Do that. She'll give you the second book. After that you should go retreave the third volume from "The First Edition" in the Imperial City. Talk with the elf that originally ordered the book(tell only the truth). you'll handle the rest if you allready didnt. PM me if you can't.
