Moltin_sword it is not as you so elegently (and so much like an Aussie) put, you con rent out the buildings you own for profit meanin that over time you will have collected more in rent than what you payed in the first place.

I just rented out all of oakvale and made alot of money. Then I got bored with sleeping for 3 (not 6 doesn't take that long) days and getting money when I could be doing something better.
