Yeah, he completely shut me up. Idiot. Have you even seen the images at GameWallpapers? No, of course not. Jackass.

There's a difference between RESIZING an image, and CROPPING an image. This place cropped an image that obviously was not theirs.

Let me state again . . . THIEF!!!

So, who exactly did I steal from? GameWallpapers? No, because they don't own the image. They used the same press kit image that I did. LucasArts? No, because they release those images to the public for publicity/press purposes which is exactly what it is used for here.

We have a business relationship with GameWallpapers so please ask Nico (the owner) if you think we *stole* anything from them and I'm sure he will set you straight.

It's obvious that you don't understand how the processes work and what goes into creating these wallpapers, but we have never used an exisiting wallpaper from GWP or anywhere else and 'cropped it' to be one of our own. We always use the original renders provided by the game companies and will crop or resize to get them to fit the size we need, which is exactly what GWP and other sites do.

Ok, so if you're working from the same original image, why is GW's complete. As in from edge to edge. And yet yours is cropped. Strangely, it's cropped right at the point where the GW text would be. And if I see the image anywhere else on the net, it's complete. As in NOT F%^&ING CROPPED.

Yeah, explain again how the 'process' works. Blow smoke up these other idiots butts if you want to, but you have put out something subpar, and are afraid to admit it. Like pizza with a slice missing, or a car with just 3 wheels.

"Win"? There is no winning or losing. There is right and wrong. And I'm right about the image being cropped. Period. End of Story.

I told you that I cropped the image. But I cropped it from the original render, not GWP's version. That's just how I wanted to fit it in the size constraints. GWP probably stretched it so that it would fit correctly. Have you ever stopped to think about why I would crop the image from GWP if I had the full-size original render available? That makes no sense.

Cropping is not 'illegal' as you seem to think it is. If an image is not the exaxt dimensions of 1600x1200 (which is the case in many renders as they're made for magazine covers) or a standard wallpaper size, then you have to either crop it, stretch it or just deal with the fact that it may cut off at an inappropriate place in the pic.

AGAIN --- WHO CARES if the image is cropped or not. If you want the 'full stretched image' then go to GWP or any of these other sites to get it. I personally preferred a cropped, closer-up image, so that's how I made it.

    END OF STORY.
