So do you have to know all of this graphic art before you join global sig alliance, or do you learn it there?

Join at any skill level, and you learn.
It has a load of tutorials and stuff, and you can request a sig and the Graphics Staff will make it for you (Limited to one request every 30 days)
And if you don't have photoshop you could go there, make some friends and ask around for a free copy, plently of people can give em' to ya.

And No Zeth. I'm not finishing it for you.
