Link I'm actually trying to learn how to do a lot of stuff in this video. I have experienced jumping from one building to another, but they were only about 9 feet away. By the end of the year, I want to be able to run up a wall and do a flip. Epicness.

Roflmao, that Metal Gear video was awesome. I've seen Urban Ninja before. I can do half the stuff (jumping from one ledge to another, climbing up pipes, landing from big falls) free runners do, but there is no way I'll ever be convinced to try and do a backflip leaving my neck exposed to shatter on the concrete. Lunatics...
