Hey, the British had it coming. There I was minding my own business slaughtering the French (who coincidentally run away, alot) when they sent an army at me. And then the idiots sent their chariots through their own men to get to me.

Damn, historically accurate too. Are you playing on easy?

is it worth it, to get the game so I can play it? Also has it got online?

I need Rome: Total War. All I have is the demo.

For now, AoE 2 can hold me. For now...

That hasn't happened since April Fools.

Hard/Normal. I think I'll play the British next and slaughter the Gauls some more, chariots rule if you use them properly.

Edit: Jedi, you should definately get it. It's the most realistic historical battle game out there....you know, except the exploding pigs. And it has Spartans, invincible god-like Spartans...maybe I'll play Greece instead.

i have medieval 2 total war.
i dont like it very much. i prefer the AoE games.

Have you played Imperial Glory? I liked that game, even though it was a bit shallow in some areas. Another good game is Settlers 2, however I can't get the bloody map editor to work on my PC.
