    He may have a dynamic IP, but I can't see that effecting a ban. IIRC, you normally keep your first two numbers (111.1.11.111). But if you put a ban on 111.1.*.*, then you should fix it.

    I could be way off though.

    And if it's a sucky proxy, you can ban it.

    Banning the first digits of an IP address bans everyone with that IP.
