or he could use a proxy server. But I think his mind would explod by all that power...he can keep comming back but we can keep hating him YAY. Don't get to close to him though he looks like the type guy who wouldn't give eating you up for a snack a secound thought if you know what I mean.

If he is using a proxy server then no because that just hides your IP, but if he is doing that other thing then I don't know. There is only one way how we can change this...by banning him to hell permantly...
