Heyyyy...ive been trying to defeat tanya in edenia and she is tough poopy, is there a certain strategy i should use? or is it possible to morph into a different character? cuzing frankly, being shujjinko sucks..real bad...he has no special moves or anything...thanks for your time

tanya was hard i just kept tryin and eventually i beat her and shujinko does get special moves u just have to find them if u go look at the krypt thing on this website u will figure it out

You don't get his special moves and fatalities until after completing Konquest mode, you can't complete Konquest without defeating Tanya to unlock Sindel. Everything I have read says to stay in his mantis fighting style and use his weapon style sparingly. Unfortunately, I have been trying to do just that and have only defeated her maybe 5 times total and never twice in one try. Her weapons are killer, blocking seems to do little by way of keeping her from kicking your tush, unless you never fight back. Her specials are easily avoided by side-stepping. But if I had a clear-cut way to defeat her, I would be past this point already. So, I actually have no pointers for you, sorry.

I know a way where you have a 70% chance of defeating her. Press Down+X all the time and Up+Y when she's vulnerable.

you mush keep your distance and keep moving letf and rigth,while doing this,do not let her get close to you,useing your weapon.while useing your weapon mix up the y+down and use just X and A after hitting her get your distance again,if you have lowered her power some till shes ready to be beaten,then change to the next figthing mode,or you may stay in the same figthing mode,either way start hitting before she gets to close to you,if you notice she hits you when shes not that close to you,timeing is the key.good luck.I have beaten her a few time allready.remeber timeing,and keep moving,then time her and hit her.
