hey,dude chill out. i think you have to beat the endurance races or something or head to www.larushgame.com to see how to get the lowrider & standing tall. also, since you've beat the game, what area is the hummer H2, Skyline and the 06 charger in? cause i've got only south bay & downtown left.

The things you guys are asking for are available by accomplishing stunts which appear as green dots the same size as a NOS token. After you hit the token you have a race against time to win the mini-game/car.
THAT WAS TOTALLY WICKED!!!! Except for the part were we almost died...
