A way to get a lot of resourses is to build two cathadrials, put on high taxes, then build a market place. What you do is get your motivation to the highest by doing the final blessing thing that increases motivation of ALL settlers then put on high taxes and every payday do the bless thing then when you have high cash buy your resources from the market place. P.S. If your wondering why two caths is because the bless meter charges twice as fast you can also build more if you want.

WTF? i tried it too MANY times and it didnt work they were very unhappy even with the blessing. besides the best blessing takes too long to reload.
