can you help me? is there such a chest that can make my sims grow from a child to a teen right away? thnx..

Sure thing, just hold ctrl, shift, and c to open up the cheatbox at the top of the screen, then type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true just like that. then hold shift and click your sim and then click the option "Set to birthday" then normal click your sim and click the option "grow up", and you are now a teen. After becoming a teen I suggest saving your game and restarting your game so something bad doesn't happen because boolProp can cause problems some times if you keep it on for a long long time.
