We currently don't have any Grand Theft Auto: Vice City trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

U can buy it when u kill diaz and own his properties and have enough money.

Don't believe this son of a . You can't get the pole position club only by killing Diaz but you have to complete the first mission "Shakedown" in the Vercetti Estate a.k.a. Diaz's Mansion.
