All you have to do is bring enough people there and donate them ...Im not sure on the exact number though

Okay think about it people. The temple of skorm is for evil people. I have 2 theories. I havent gotten the bow yet but I think I know how. One, you marry someone and bring them there, that may be evil enough to get the bow, or you have to be good when arriving there as the temple is for evil be on the good side then bring a wife for sacrifice I heard rumor that getting your wife killed gives you the most bad faction.

not sure about the number of people that you need to sacrifice. but timing is everything. it needs to be mignight. when it is halfway through the night side of your clock. sacrifice enough at midnight and you will receive Skorm's Bow
