OMG I figured it out! where it says 0.0 or somethin like that,find someone that seems famous, and cast This Spell:

get ur creativity up.. mabye at least 4 points... and then sing at a karaoke stand. make sure that u have people around u listenin to u and then just continue doin this and u'll get higher and higher... then just complete the skills and u'll get 5.0!
