A: "there is no flyable plane or helicopter" *BEEP* Wrong answer... you can get a flyable plane and heli's even the hunter... just go to: www.maxbot.com/gta . So, this is exactly a cheat, and edisoncarter made it.
Oh and by the way, the flyable plane is the dodo from gta 3 and edison added a thruster on it so it works fully Theres allso a hunter. (your the master huh )
