Unfortunately, Startopia was both underrated and undersold. It is a classic made by a few of the same people from Bullfrog who made Dungeon Keeper and Theme Park. If you haven't played this game then I highly recommend it, it actually does work on Vista and Win7 too with a little tweaking.
