I don't think it happens instantly. I think the money is added once your staff makes some more money. At least, that's what it indicates in the readme file included with the trainer.

It works for me, it's just not as apparent as most money trainers. It doesn't seem to cause any sort of "lump sum" being added to your total, it seems to multiply the amount of money that you are making. For instance, in my game I was making about $100 every few seconds. After hitting F11, I started making about $600 every few seconds. Hit F11 again, and it dropped back down to normal.

*sighs*
It works fine. You run it, then run the game. Press F11 to change to the "money making" mode. WHICH MEANS....ANY money your crew gets paid, janitors get paid, or ANYONE gets paid....YOU MAKE. However, you still spend money making sets, adding scenery, etc. SO....the upshot is this....ANYTHING that you pay for...YOU get the amount rather than said money spent to employees, actors, or directors. I have the first version...SO NEVER forget...ANY changes...(updates etc...) can screw up the trainer. I had a program that was a hex editor that made trainers. Problem is if I updated, the trainer was built on the previous version...and USUALLY it makes the "older version trainer" NOT WORK. Like anything, I have seen exceptions...BUT before anyone *****es..keep in mind...THIS is not often.
