you are supposed to go to your hotel room (Your primary save location), go upstares, take a left. You will find a room is open which happens to be yours.
There will be a 'T' shirt round pickup near the bed. Walk through it and you will be in your Hawaiian clothing.

Here's a solution to your problems download this it all so improves the graphics abit and the Havana colthes are now avalible. Hope this help's.
