Is it somehow possible to lower the seed with cheats?

Yes. Here's a simple one if you don't have time to make one yourself. I'll leave it to someone else to make a full featured one if they feel like it. There's a lot of stuff that can be tweaked from this method.

Goto your game directory, usually "Program Files\THQ\MotoGP URT 3", and open motogp.cfg with notepad or whatever. Then add this to the top:

game/unlock_liveries = true
debugcheat/minigames_unlocked = true

Save the file. Run the game.

Please dont abuse the seed rating too much. If everyone is seed 1 then what's the point, unless you actually raced your way to it.

Anyways, this will unlock all bikes, tracks, videos, riders, and liveries. It will give you the maximum normally attainable ammount of credits for the seed you set all at once. It disables AI Catchup. I'm not sure yet if it enables minigames or not cos none are listed in mine yet, but it adds the option to the menu. And lastly it gives you some monies to spend when you create a new profile.

Warning: some of the cheats will automatically be applied to any profile that you log into when the codes are in your config file, so don't forget that i warned you.

Thank you nuckfuts. I have been playing this game on and off for the past 3 years. With my latest profile, I completed the legend mode in Extreme 600, 1000 and 1200 cc and reached seed level 4. Since a few months I am stuck in Champion mode of MotoGP and I have tried to search the net repeatedly until today, when I found your solution to my problem. Will try out the AI Catchup Disable option. Thanks again!
