Bulbmin are found in caves. You just have to defeat a creature that looks like a Bulborb with a leaf and call it's followers to your side.

To defeat the creature called the Titan Dweevil, you just have to pry of every single peice of machinery, surprisingly those are the only things holding it together.

Flare Cannon- 1000 pokos
Shock Thereoy- 1000 pokos
Monstrous Pump- 1000 pokos
King of Bugs- 10 pokos a.k.a Louie
