when i go into the victims house i open the picture with the safe in it but i don't know how to open it and i also don't know how to open the desk drawer help me please im stuck there

Ok, to open the safe, take the picture of the victom finishing a race for research, the guy will find a running time on it, or I think you can just go to your evidence folder and double click the picture. Anyways her running time will be the code to the safe. I don't want to spoil it for you.
Oh yeah, to open the desk drawer you need a silver key. This took me forever to find out, but if you go to the medical examiner place, click on the money belt. There should be a bunch of stuff in it. It's sort of hidden but there's a silver key to the right. Half of it is stikking out.
