dont think they evolve by levels. You have to give them a sertain stone to evolve!

ive done it before and i know haow it goes. spoil the pokemon until Daisy says it REALLY loves you and then level it up. then it evolves into espeon or umbreon, depending on the time of day.

That's probably how you evolve Eevee in to Umbreon or Espeon.

If you are trying to spoil it by repeatedly giving it rare candies, it will evolve in the sevendies. Look, this isn't an easy evolution, ok? It does take time. If you just can't wait, just cheat for it. Cheathappens has a big archive of ACtion Replay codes.

check with freakin daisy? if she says something like "your pokemon can not possibly love u any more than it does now, i feel happy just seeing it", or something to that extent, level it up amd it evolves! This takes ages and i know u r ****ed, but just chill, ok?
