he revives to many dead topics
ive seen around 6 or 7 topics which he has revived

I would like to ask you to link a thread in which he has revived a dead topic. But first, I must be sure that you realize what a dead topic is. It is not a topic that has not been posted on for months or weeks and been revived by someone on the site. It is a topic that has been talked through in every angle, meaning that if there was a question to be answered, it was answered, and therefore the topic is then dead. Get it?

Revival of dead topics is fine from time to time. Disruptive Posting includes Massive Bumping (or the bumping of a topic at least 2-3 times in one day). Those posts are fine.
