you get it about in the middle of the game. but all cars are the same... and to finish the game isn`t that hard.

there is one of those hint things and it tells you that the subur is unlocked this is any time inthe game you can do it not sure of exact location

You get it in URL race #9.
Or you can download a trainer or a save game editor to unlov\ck everything in the game...
