As for the recipes, you get Sandwiches by default, Risotto can be found in the Inn in Hima (in a tea kettle), Ramen is in Igaguri's house in Mizuho (check that thing near the entrance), Spaghetti is on the 4th floor of Altamira's hotel (in a pumpkin), Cabbage Rolls are on the 2nd Floor of Triet's inn, Fruit ****tail is in Zelos' house in a present, Tenderloin is in Ozette's inn in the bird (get it before...erm...certain events happen), Shortcake is in Exire in a house (there's a Rheaird model there), Rice Balls are in a house in Izoold, Fried Rice is in a magazine rack in the Sybak library, Miso Stew is in Dirk's house, Omelet is in the Palmacosta Academy near the entrance (get that before certain events), Steak is in a weapon shop in Meltokio, Quiche is in the church in Flanoir, Cream Stew is in a painting of the Wonder Chef in the Elf elder's house in Heimdall, Meat Stew is gotten at Linar's house in Asgard (in a phonograph), Seafood Stew is in a shop in Luin, Gratin is in Presea's house, Pescatore is in the Storyteller's house in Latheon Gorge, Beef Stew is gotten in a sub-event you can get outside of Meltokio Castle (which also gets you Regal's God of the Kitchen title), after a certain thing happens to Heimdall, go to the House of Guidance near Meltokio and talk to the chef as Regal to get Pork Cutlets, then to the one near Latheon Gorge to get Potato Salad (again as Regal, talk to the chef there), then go to Asgard and talk to the chef that's standing around somewhere in there as Regal
