Hi 'Sheia' sorry been away on holiday, The ledge I think you are asking about is where there are bats and skeleton at the bottom. You need to climb below then climb a part of the wall you must head for a broken bridge by going to posts in the wall then there is a hole that takes you to just above the bridge where you must cross. Hope it helps.
