After you get the Glacius spellbook, how do you get out of the place with water everywhere? I know

After you get the Glacius spellbook, how do you get out of the place with water everywhere? I know that there's a ledge, but I can't get it lower so that Hermione can climb up it. I'm confused!!! 🤔
