You have to play on endless shift mode. Then you get access to all of those items. Funny, it doesn't say that in the help file! It's a fun mode though.

that would only be in the free play area. there is a button you push in the far right hand corner. it will blink when you have earned enough.wait on two tables at a time. while they are eating stand at the podiam to keep everyone happy. then after they are done and you collect the bill. seat two more. while eating go to podium.......when the tables are full, stand at the podium first make everyone happy then clean the tables, this will give you a chain points. dont worry about the bread if the hearts are up there, give them some coffee to raise the
