Dont think that cheats etc have something 2 do about it. I think you just need some luck and the right time, day and place. If he really is in the game.

There is no Bigfoot in San Andreas Pc version either...the bigfoot they talking about is a Mod which puts a Bigfoot in San Andreas ...I've have my own...and if u need tht mod then go to Google,type Gta San Andreas Big Foot Mod
