im stuck to and i have talked to celtin and she tells me nothing about horns im lost! what do i do!!! do u need to join the guild?? i told them to never ask me again do i need to make another account

You have to go to Aleister and get a letter for Davenmor. Then you take the letter to Davenmor who'll give you orders that you show the guards and they'll let you leave town. You won't find any useful news about Ellowyn until later in the game.
