4 litewiehgt do all weight reductions on ur car to make it under the limit.

make sure that urbackyard is playing gt4, not Sega Virtua Driver.

Honda Beat ver.Z, Daihatsu Copen (either) or the Cappucino are the best. Do some basic tuning for about 85hp, and u should b fine.
