No, it doesn't. I just recomend getting a gameshark. It'll let you get the Blue-eyes Ultimate Dragon as a card. No ritual required.

took me a week to get all the cards
and flippin hell was it hard

DarkGoku is right i get allthe cards by using the action replay max 6.1 cd for ps2
