I have a little problem, i can't get the console ~ key to come up, can anybody help me to out as to why?

It's listed right on our cheat page how to solve this problem. Most sites are leaving out this important piece of information.

+set com_allowConsole 1 to the target on the short cut but to no avail.

Did you try just hitting [CTRL] + [ALT] + [~] ? You don't need the command line if you just hit those three keys instead of just [~].

I tried hitting ctrl+alt+ ~ to see the console window while playing the game but it didnt work. I didnt see any console box out there. Ctrl+Alt+ ~ didnt work. Is it because I have a demo version? Does it also work in demo version.

Instead of pressing ctrl alt ~ press ctrl alt ¬

Did you add : +set com_allowConsole 1
to the command line in your desktop shortcut?
Are you pressing the tilda key (~)?

i got the full game doom 3 and i am also haveing problem with the console i have put the code under targer as the following: "C:\Program Files\Doom 3\Doom3.exe" +set com_allowConsole 1 and i try to put a code in while i play the game still no answer can some please help many thanks Amir
