I think you go back to the bottom of the mountain and make your way up some to find a pool of green icky water and on the side of it you should see one o' those shrinky devises you find everwhere. Then shrink yourself and go into the hole leading under the pool of mineral water. And at the end of that place you gotta put some of the mineral water in your bottle and pour it on some seed thingy near the top of the mountain.
