First of all you shouldn't be playing this game at your age, jesus your only 10 where the hell's your parents, this game is way to violent and adult for someone your age....

10 years old , lol playing max payne 2? well anyways ... if you havent found out already , hopefully u did... a Developer is a person who developed or in your 10 year old mind, People who built the game. So to activate it you make a shortcut of the game by right-clicking ex: on your desktop and selecting new > shortcut, Then once you have made your shortcut, Right-Click on it, Then select properties, Then look in the box that says "target" in there youll see something like - "G:\CrYpT1CaSsAsS1N's Stuff\PC Games\Max Payne\Setup\MaxPayne.exe" : Now to enable developer just click at the end of that to start typing press space and put -developer which now should look like this - "G:\CrYpT1CaSsAsS1N's Stuff\PC Games\Max Payne\Setup\MaxPayne.exe" -developer ... : now click apply then load up the game from that shortcut, While in game playing press the ~ key to bring up the console - Cheat Away!
