I never was able to find Mista Fopa where the well is with the poison water. Now, I'm supposed to fill a vial there and have gone back trying to find them and still can't. Can anyone help me?

Im sorry I dont have the answer to your question but since you and I are the only ones on this board I was wandering if you could tell me how to get past the tunnel with the water flooding it on level 1. Ive have to start over several times and im goign insane.
