You go to the room next to hazy maze cave (with the wooden door) and ground-pound the two pillars and you can go to the moat from the basement and you can go to the basement from the moat (the moat isnt open in vs mode)
if anyone finds an ar code for a lvl 1 deoxys with guillotine, horn drill, fissure, and lock-on with 500 HP, not shiny, in pokemon diamond, pm me!
